Foam Mattresses
Manufacturing Process:

Crib V (5) Visco Elastic and PU foams bonded using automatic water-based and Hotmelt glue applicators. The product is then covered, vacuum packed, pressed and rolled into a conveniently sized item for dispatch.
Foam & Spring Mattresses
Manufacturing Process:

Carbon Steel Springs (optionally coated with alloys), Crib V (5) Visco Elastic and PU foams bonded using automatic water-based and Hotmelt glue applicators. The product is then covered, vacuum packed, pressed and rolled into a conveniently sized item for dispatch.
Foam & Gel Mattresses
Manufacturing Process:

TPE Gel Grids, Crib V (5) Visco Elastic and Polyurethane foams bonded using automatic water-based and Hotmelt glue applicators. The product is then covered, vacuum packed, pressed and rolled into a conveniently sized item for dispatch. Open top gel mattresses contain alternative inners, such as Fire- Retardant (FR) socks or non-removable covers to adhere to UK FR regulations.
Mattress Pads & Toppers
Manufacturing Process:

Mattress Pads & Toppers of all specifications can be made. Precision cutting of a variety of specialist foam layers to custom dimensions, ensuring a consistent and comfortable sleep surface. Layers are then assembled and encased in a hypoallergenic, breathable cover, which is also removable and washable for user convenience.
